Making AI-powered property valuations easy to understand
Overview
A tool helping buyers, sellers, and agents make more informed real estate decisions.
TruEstimate™ combines property data, market insights, rental trends, and predictive modelling to generate accurate property valuations. The goal was to transform complex real estate data into a simple, trustworthy experience that helps users understand a property's true value.
My Role
As the Senior Product Designer, I led the end-to-end product design, UX flows, UI design and stakeholder alignment.

Turning complex property intelligence into a simple experience.
Property valuation involves large amounts of complex information, market data, comparable properties, historical trends, rental yields, and financial breakdowns.
The challenge was turning this data-heavy experience into something that users could quickly understand and trust.
Design
Designing clarity across complex data and decisions.
I redesigned the valuation experience around progressive disclosure, introducing important insights first while allowing users to explore deeper details when needed.
The final experience included
A major focus was refining the report experience through multiple iterations. I explored 30+ UI variations to simplify the information hierarchy and create a design direction that balanced user needs with stakeholder expectations.
The result was a report that transformed complex property intelligence into a visually clear and actionable experience.
